  1. Experience in care is very important
  2. NVQ Certificates desirable, but not compulsory
  3. Certificates in mandatory training ie:
    1. Moving & Handling
    2. Infection Control
    3. COSHH
    4. POVA
  4. Training will be provided in areas that are deficient
  5. Satisfactory CRB checks
  6. Evidence of legal residency in UK
  7. Satisfactory references

Rates of pay are quite competitive.
